The second wave of solo projects keep continuing!
Sakito will be participating in the DEAD END tribute album “DEAD END Tribute – SONG OF LUNATICS -” alongside many other artists, like Kuroyume, hyde from L’arc-en-Ciel, Chisato from Penicillin, TOKIE from unkie/LOSALIOS, just to name a few. The track list has yet to be revealed. We will be making an update on this once it is revealed.
For those who don’t know, DEAD END is a heavy metal/hard rock band who lead the developing visual kei scene back in the early 1990s alongside X. The most well known member from DEAD END is no other than the front man, MORRIE. As most of you know, Sakito is a great admirer and fan of MORRIE and he will surely do a great job covering a DEAD END song.
The tribute album comes out September 4th and will cost 3,150 yen (roughly $32 USD). The album is available on pre-order on CDJapan now.
