Nightmare’s Sakito Showcasing a Beautiful Semi-Nude Shot
Reported on: Feb 17, 2011

SHOXX, the specialty music magazine that will go on sale February 21st, will have Nightmare’s guitarist, Sakito, in its first semi-nude shot in their 218th volume.

Genius photographer, Mr. Toru Hanai, had collaborated on this project theme, “NUDE~ Shintai (Kokoro) wo Hadakanishite~”, a concept which took about a year to come into fruition. From the beginning, Sakito himself was persuaded to be involved in this in the office and had troubles going with it…Hats off to the fighting spirit of the editor in charge.

For those who know of this photographer, Hanai Toru’s photographing technique perfectly pulls out the subject’s “au naturel” personality. Photographing Sakito this time for “NUDE~ Shintai (Kokoro) wo Hadakanshite~,” he wanted to capture this beautiful theme of “seeking to capture Sakito’s natural ‘beauty’,” something we have yet to see up until now. Please look forward to seeing this beautiful appearance that had bee skillfully put together in transcribing Sakito’s complete feminine-like beauty.

Sakito’s comment on the photographing.

I have no self-confidence on my body when I accepted to do this photographing idea. It’s always been like a person whose body is good for sports but is unable to do it at all… I had this feeling of resisting this project at first with a “no”…But up until now, I haven’t had anything challenging come up to me and I don’t know exactly what kind of reaction I’ll get from others, but it will be a significant one for this reason. You’re not really living if you keep on doing things conservatively.

In relation to this, BARKS has been able to obtain some news regarding Sakito’s photographing challenges with several months of implementing the limitation of his meals and weight training in order to face a perfect system.

Nightmare will be charging ahead in April with their first tour on March 11th at Shinkiba STUDIO COAST with a live show in an urgent announcement. During this live, there’s a suggestive announcement where “the members will have a very important message to deliver to the fans.” In the words of Sakito,”You’re not really living if you keep on doing things conservatively,” symbolizes the inability of Nightmare to live peacefully. What kind of challenges are they laying themselves in front of? Standing in the front of this spot, they will not overlook anything.

The rest of the article displays the release date of SHOXX Vol. 218 and the live dates information.
